Ingredients

for dough:
Gramflour 3⁄4 Cup
Rice flour 1⁄4 Cup
Water 1⁄2 Cup
1 TeaspoonOnion seeds
1 TeaspoonCumin seeds
2 TablespoonRefined oil
1 TeaspoonRed chili powder
To TasteSalt
other ingredients:
Refined oil 2 Cup (For deep frying)

Steps

In a mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients of the dough, knead for about 5 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

In a wok, heat oil, using a grater, grate the dough directly into the oil, fry until crisp.

Serve with tea.
