Poha Barley Tikki

Start by adding the boiled potato and salt as required to leftover poha. Mash together.

Add the barley flour, wheat flour, turmeric powder, hing, 1 tbsp oil and salt to taste. Add water as required and bind a dough like that of paratha.

Take a small portion of the dough, roll a medium size paratha out of it and add the poha stuffing over it.

Form a tikki as shown.

Shallow fry the tikkis nicely on both the sides by flipping in between.

Strain them, serve hot with ketchup or coriander chutney and enjoy ✨
