  • 1 cupcassava flour (about 125 grams)
  • 1 cupall-purpose flour (about 125 grams)
  • 4eggs
  • 2 pinchessalt
  • 1 1/4 cupsmilk (about 300 ml)
  • 3 1/2 tablespoonsbutter (about 50 grams)

    In a bowl, whisk together the flours, eggs, salt, and milk until smooth.

    Melt the butter over very low heat and stir it into the batter. Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Heat a little oil in a crêpe pan, then cook the crêpes one at a time.
