An easy and quick recipe with no milk or yogurt in the marinade, and it tastes amazing! Perfect as a filling for lunch, dinner, pastries, or crepes. ♥️😋

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add your choice of oil, butter, or ghee. Once hot, add the chicken strips and cook until they change color on both sides.

Add the sliced onion and sauté until it softens and becomes translucent.

Once the onions are cooked, add the spices and salt. Stir well to combine.

Add the bell peppers. If using frozen peppers, you can add them directly from the freezer.

Stir everything well and cook until all the ingredients are done. If the pan gets too dry and starts to stick, add a small splash of hot water and stir until the liquid is absorbed.

Serve hot with pasta, in pita or tortilla wraps, or as a filling for savory pastries, crepes, or baked pasta dishes as you like.
