Steps
- 1
First, add a little salt to the flour and knead it into a soft dough.
- 2
Peel the boiled potatoes and grate them.
- 3
Finely chop the onions and green chilies. Add all the powdered spices, salt, cilantro, onions, and green chilies to the grated potatoes and mix well.
- 4
For thicker parathas, take a larger portion of dough. Take one dough ball, roll it out slightly, and fill it generously with the potato mixture.
- 5
Dust with flour and gently roll out the paratha. Cook on a hot griddle, applying ghee, until both sides are golden brown.
- 6
Your Aloo Methi Parathas are ready. Serve them with tea, butter, or yogurt.
