Ingredients

2 persons
  1. 1/2 kgmutton (with garlic, ginger, salt, yogurt - rest for 1 hour)
  2. 3-4curry leaves
  3. 2-3 tablespoonOlive oil
  4. 1onion
  5. 1tomatoes
  6. 7 tablespoongreen paste
  7. 1 tablespoonvinegar
  8. 1/2turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    First season mutton with garlic, ginger, salt, and yogurt accordingly and let it rest for an hour.

  2. 2

    Cook mutton in cooker until it’s properly cooked.

  3. 3

    Add olive oil and let it heat. Add following;
    1. Curry leaves
    2. Onion

    Let it brown as sautéing

  4. 4

    Then add following ;
    1. Tomatoes
    2. Green paste

    Let it boil so little.

    Finally, add MUTTON

  5. 5

    After some time, add:
    1. Vinegar
    2. Tumeric
    3. Salt

    Let it cook and check seldomly.
