By using pepper sauce, less meat is needed for a completely filling dinner. Here is a one pan, quick dinner, no prior cooking skills needed. All the nourishment needed if you can only eat one meal a day. This recipe is enough for a week, 7 cups of rice, 7 hotdogs or chicken thighs, 7 onions, 7 cups of bean sprouts and 7 cups of any greens. And home made peppersauce. Make the peppersauce once and eat well all year for under one dollar a day.

I teach people at the farmers market to grow small scale fruits and vegetables. My grandparents and parents taught me growing, cooking and preserving home grown fruits and vegetables, eggs, meats and fish. I got certified by the University of California Master Gardener Program in 2005. I try to bring out the original flavor of ingredients, then add layers of spices, herbs and flavorings that enhance, not distort the taste. These are the global, organic and vegan family recipes we use.
