Steps

In a bowl mix all dry ingredients (both oats and+ wheat flour + jeera + till + salt + chopped green chili+ oil & mix it)

Add water gradually and knead slightly hard dough cover & keep aside for 10 minutes
Knead it again & make equal size ballsFlatten bhakri with the help of rolling pin ; sprinkle some chopped dhaniya & til on it (I put everything while making dough)

Make small bhakri & thickness should be as paratha
Now heat a pan ; Place bhakri on it
Dry roast first from both sides for 2 minutes
Drizzle some oil / ghee on it
Cook until bhakri turns golden-brown - 4
Make all bhakris with the same method
Serve with Chai, Doodh & Tomato Chutney - 5
For Chutney ~
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add chopped garlic 🧄 + ginger 🫚 + tomatoes 🍅 + salt & chili powderCover the lid and cook for 5-7 min
When tomatoes are cooked, add sugar to balance sourness
Now add crushed roasted peanuts
Mix it well & turn off the stove
