Preheat the oven to 425° F.

Trim the asparagus by lining up all its stalks on a cutting board and removing the thick ends with a sharp chef's knife.

Rinse the asparagus with water, pat them dry and arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil.

Sprinkle avocado oil over the asparagus and toss until evenly distributed, then season with the seasonings. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and minced garlic on top of each serving.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. For an even distribution of the juices, give it one final toss.

AIR FRYER: Folllw the same prepping steps as above, place the asparagus into the air fryer and cook on 425° F for 4 minutes, remove, spray with avocado oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and cook for another 3 minutes. *
