Fettuccine Ragout Beef Meatballs

Ingredients

  1. 200 gPlain Flour
  2. 2hen eggs
  3. 2 pinches Salt
  4. 2 tbsp. Cold water
  5. 4 × 400g tin Tomatoes
  6. 4 tbsp. Olive Oil
  7. 2 tsp. Dried Mixed Herbs
  8. 2 tsp. Sea Salt
  9. 3 or 4 large Brown Onions
  10. 1200ml Cold water or Vegetable Stock
  11. For the Beef Meatballs
  12. 2 slices Shop bought White bread
  13. 2 hen egg yolks
  14. 1000g/1 KG raw Beef mince
  15. 1 tbsp. Tomato Ketchup
  16. 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  17. Half tsp. Salt
  18. Half tsp. Black Pepper
  19. Half tsp. Nutmeg powder

Cooking Instructions

    Use a Tefal Food Processor or a Kenwood Food Mixer with the Kenwood Whisk Attachment too Whisk the 2 whole hen eggs and then add the Kenwood Dough Hook Attachment too bring together the salted Plain Flour and bits of cold water together and then dust with Plain Flour and then wrap in Clingfilm and then allow too rest in the Fridge overnight

    Place the 2 slices of White bread in a Tefal Food Processor (other kinds of Food Processors are available) and then automatically blitz with the 2 blades of your Tefal Attachment - blitz until fine breadcrumbs are formed and then add the 2 hen egg yolks and then the Shop bought Tomato Ketchup Sauce and then the Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and then the Ground Nutmeg. Add the raw Beef mince and then automatically blitz with the use of the Tefal

    Add scrunched up Baking Parchment Paper to a Baking Tray and then add heaped Dessert Spoons of the raw Beef Meatballs too the Baking Parchment Paper, can freeze them in the Freezer on the Baking Tray and Baking Parchment Paper and then when completely frozen they can be put into food Freezer Bag's

    The homemade Ragout Sauce takes at least One hour to cook for the gaining of flavour from fresh and Dried Herbs and for the homemade Tomato sauce too adequately thicken. Need too shallow fry chopped onions for 10 minutes and then add salt, could add some Black Pepper and then fry off the Dried Herbs for a little while along with some finely chopped garlic and then add all the contents of the tin's of Tomatoes and then add the cold tap water

    Gently simmer shallow fry the frozen or defrosted homemade Beef Meatballs for about 30 minutes or 50 minutes in the oven at Gas Mark 6. Boil lots of cold tap water in a large Cauldron Saucepan. Add cooked Beef Meatballs to cooked Ragout. Form raw Lasagne sheets through the eventual 4 grade on ones Kenwood and then with a generous dusting of Plain Flour on the Kitchen side and on top of the raw Lasagne Pasta sheets - form Pasta strands and then place them all in the boiling water for 5 minutes

    Add the cooked fettuccine to the cooked Ragout and cooked Beef Meatballs and then serve yourself a portion onto a Dinner Plate. Will be leftovers of Ragout and Beef Meatballs - don't have too cook all of the raw Beef Meatballs
