Wash and soak the moong dal and chana dal for 8 hours or overnight.

Now transfer the moong dal and chana dal to a mixy jar along with methi powder and salt and grind to a fine paste.Transfer to a vessel.

Let it ferment for 8 hours.It will look like this.

Now heat a tawa and spread a full ladle of batter thinly spread oil or ghee and flip and cook on the other side also. Serve with chuntey.
