Ingredients

10 mins plus grinding and fermenting time

  1. 1/2 cupsabut green moong dal
  2. 2 tablespoonschana dal
  3. 1 cuprolled oats
  4. 1 handfulred poha
  5. 1/4 teaspoonroasted methi powder
  6. to taste Salt

Steps

10 mins plus grinding and fermenting time
  1. 1

    Wash and soak the moong dal and chana dal for 8 hours or overnight.

    10 mins before grinding wash and soak oats and poha..

    Now transfer the moong dal and chana dal to a mixy jar along with methi powder and salt and grind to a fine paste.Transfer to a vessel.

    Let it ferment for 8 hours.It will look like this.

    Now heat a tawa and spread a full ladle of batter thinly spread oil or ghee and flip and cook on the other side also. Serve with chuntey.
