Ingredients

6 servings

3 lbBonless Chuck Roast
2 tspSalt
1 tbspWhole Black Peppercorns
1 tbspDried Tarragon
10Fresh Sage Leaves
1/4White Onion (Diced)
3 tbspUnsalted Butter
1/4 cupWorcestershire Sauce

Steps

Place chuck roast in slow cooker. Top with all ingredients, except Worcestershire sauce.

Pour Worcestershire sauce around sides of roast, so as not to wash off the seasonings.

Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.
