Steps
- 1
Wash your ribs and cut them up. Place it in a large pot. And just pour all of the ingredients to the pot one at a time. Turn on your heat to medium high and let it boil. Once it boils, put the lid on and lower the flame and simmer it to 1 1/2 to 2 hours. If you're using a pressure cooker, you can pressure cook for about 40 minutes.
- 2
After up to 2 hours, take out the ribs and transfer them to sheet pan. Clean the sauce by removing the ginger and cook the sauce to reduce to half or until it thickens. This will take about 20 to 30 minutes.
- 3
After your sauce is reduced and it thickens turn off the heat. Place the ribs in the pan and baized it with the sauce. Turn it over and baize the other side as well. Place it in the oven and broil it for about one minute. Transfer to a serving plate and top it with parsley. Share and Enjoy.
