Ingredients

25-30 min.

8 servings

1 1/2 cupsflour
1 cupsugar (I used just over half cup)
1/4 cupcocoa powder
1 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspsalt
1 Tbspapple cider vinegar
1 tspvanilla (1/2 dbl strength)
6 Tbspapplesauce
1 cupwater (include 1 slightly beaten

Preheat oven to 350

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, soda & salt; mix.

Add vanilla, apple cider vinegar, egg; mix.

Add water, mix. Pour into an 8 or 9" pan & bake. Cool 10 min; then remove from pan.
