Ingredients

25-30 min.
8 servings
  • 1 1/2 cupsflour
  • 1 cupsugar (I used just over half cup)
  • 1/4 cupcocoa powder
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 Tbspapple cider vinegar
  • 1 tspvanilla (1/2 dbl strength)
  • 6 Tbspapplesauce
  • 1 cupwater (include 1 slightly beaten

Steps

25-30 min.
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, soda & salt; mix.

  3. 3

    Add vanilla, apple cider vinegar, egg; mix.

  4. 4

    Add water, mix. Pour into an 8 or 9" pan & bake. Cool 10 min; then remove from pan.
