Take a mixing bowl add gram flour add salt red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder Asofetida ginger chilli paste add rice flour

Mix it well add water slowly make fine better peel off perple yum wash it

Slice it heat oil now purple yum slice dip in gram flour better

Sprinkle black pepper put into hot oil fry it both sides

Take out and serve it hot Delicious perple puri is ready to serve
