Ingredients

  2. 1-1/2 cupsturkey
    Thankgiving Day Turkey
  3. 1-1/2 cupsDressing and gravy
    My Mothers Dressing
  4. 1 cuppotato salad
  5. 1/2 cupwhole berry cranberry sauce
  6. 10 slices (10 inch)flour tortillas
  7. As neededoil to crisp the burritos

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the dressing and gravy. Remove cartilage and bone from the turkey. Chop it up.

    Spread the tortilla out. Place the ingredients in a line towards the bottom of the tortilla. Fold and roll the burrito.

    Heat oil and fry every side, till crispy. Heating every side will heat the filling inside.

    That which you don't cook wrap in wax paper and put into a Ziploc bag, and freeze. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!

Oh my Dear Man. My Dad passed on Sunday before Thanksgiving so I'm right there with you. He lived a good life as I'm sure your Dad did and now they're at peace and pain free and my Dad is with his Rosie. Prayers Dear
