Steps
- 1
Cut the chicken breast into pieces and place them in a food processor. Pulse a few times. Add the ham, tuna, and bread slices, and blend again. Finally, add the anchovy paste, parsley, salt, and egg, and blend everything well. If the mixture is too soft, add a little breadcrumbs. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- 2
Take a small amount of the mixture to form meatballs, and roll them in breadcrumbs. For the sauce, sauté a little onion in a pan, add the tomato puree, and cook for about 20 minutes.
- 3
Heat a skillet with a little oil, add the meatballs gradually, and brown them. When they are golden, drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil. Finally, add all the meatballs one by one to the pan with the sauce and cook for about 15 minutes.
