Kolhapuri Chickan masala and curry

Wash the chickan strain it.marinate with turmeric powder and salt.cut the onion. In a pot add oil add jeera and crackle it. Add chickan pieces and cook the chickan add water as required.

Roast the onion, tomato,coconut jeera and sesame seeds,poppy seeds and make a paste in the mixer grinder.

Grind coarsely. In a kadai add some oil crackle the jeera now add half masala in the kadai roast the masala in the oil and add 2 tbsp Kanda lasun chatani cook this for 2 to 3 min now add boiled chickan.

Add some water and cook this for 5 min. Add garam masala.add coriander leaves.

Now in a pot add oil add jeera and crackle it add remaining grinded masala and add 4 tbsp kanada lasun chatani and cook this for 4 to 5 min

Boil this curry for 4 to 5 min kolhapuri Chickan curry is reday to serve

Serve this Chicken with roti or bhakari add coriander.
