Boil rice and keep a side.

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry chicken till it changes colour.

Blend tomatoes and onion with 3 cups of water.

Add blended mixture, salt and pepper to the chicken.

Cook till chicken is tender and gravy is reduced to half.

In another pan,layer rice and chicken.

Sprinkle green chillies on top.

Cook covered on dum for 15-20 minutes.

Serve hot with raita.
