Peel the Hara chana. Boil water in a pot, add hara chana and salt.

To retain the green color of the green gram, add a little sugar and let them cook until they are soft.

To prepare spinach coriander gravy, boil the spinach leaves in hot water for a minute, remove from the water and allow to cool.

Take a mixer jar and add the prepared spinach, coriander, mint, neem leaves, and green chilies to it.

Add a piece of ginger, groundnuts, and salt to taste.

Add lemon juice and grind to prepare gravy.

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and garam masala.

Add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander cumin powder, amchur powder and garam masala, mix well and let it cook for two minutes.
