Wash the bottle gourd with clean water, peel it, and grate it.

Then add gram flour and semolina to it. Add sugar, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander cumin powder and salt to taste.

Then add ginger-chili paste, garam masala, and lemon juice.

Add chopped coriander and oil and mix everything well.

Boil water in a dhoklaya, apply a little oil in a pan, make muthiyas of this prepared mixture and steam them for 20 to 25 minutes on medium heat. Once it is cooked, put a stick in it and check.

Turn off the gas and let the dhokla cool down a bit, then cut it into pieces.

Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, sweet neem leaves, and dried red chilies.

Now add the prepared dhokla pieces to it, mix well and fry.
