Steps

If using sausage links, skin and cut into four (4) pieces. If using roll sausage, cut into 20 even pieces

Roll each piece into ball and flatten.

Add a cube of cheese to each flat piece of sausage.

Fold edges over cheese and close over. Seal

Roll into ball.

Dip each meatball into beaten egg and coat.
- 7
Roll meatball in breadcrumbs and coat.

Fry a little in heated oil until lightly browned.

Bake in oven at 375°F for 25 minutes.

Serve with your favorite pasta and enjoy.
