Steps

Firstly boil the soyabean and keep it to cool then grind it.After that grate bottle gourd.

Now mix gram flour grated lauki and soyabean and add 1/2 tbsp salt,chopped green chilli,1 inch grated ginger and mix them well and make balls from it.

Now take a wok add 150 gm oil in it and fry all the Kofte in it.

Now make a paste of onion,ginger, garlic and tomato paste.

Then take a wok add oil then add paste in it and add all spices in it and saute it till it leaves oil.Now add two glass of water and boil it for 5-7 minutes.

Then add Kofte in it and serve it with chapati and rice.
