Steps
- 1
Mix the ground beef with the ground pork to keep the meat moist. Marinate with 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon seasoning powder, and 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic for 30 minutes. Stir well to let the flavors absorb.
- 2
Blanch the pho noodles in boiling water, then drain. Chop the cilantro, lettuce, and fresh herbs.
- 3
Rinse the bean sprouts and quickly blanch them.
- 4
Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then add the meat and stir-fry over high heat until just cooked. Remove from heat.
- 5
Place the pho noodles in a bowl. Add the herbs, bean sprouts, ground beef, the sauce from the beef, chopped scallions, roasted peanuts, and fried garlic.
- 6
Toss everything together and enjoy with a refreshing drink.
