FETA CHEESE DRY CURRY with METHI LEAVES

Here I have used homemade feta Cheese...made up of cow milk...

Wash methi leaves, strain it, keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. In goes green chilli & garlic, saute it until light brown.

Add in onion, stir fry it until light brown. In goes ginger, mix it well.

Now add tomato & salt, mix it well. Cook it covered on low flame until tomato becomes a lil mushy.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add haldi powder, dhania powder & kashmiri red chilli powder, mix it well, sprinkle very lil water, cook it for a minute.

In goes methi leaves, mix it well. Cook it covered on low flame for 2 minutes.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add feta Cheese pcs, mix it gently.

In goes fresh cream, mix it well, lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it for a minute.

Open the lid, increase the flame, stir fry it for a minute.

Turn off the flame, cover it with the lid for a minute. Take out in a serving bowl, pair it with Roti or Paratha....
