White butter Raddish Paratha

Firstly grate the radish and add 1 tbsp salt in it and keep for rest for 1 hour.

Then make a dough from wheat flour.

Now squeeze tightly the water with hands from radish then add chopped green chilli,ginger,coriander leaves and add red chilli powder and mix it well.

Now make a small ball from the dough and fill the filling in it and roll it over board like Paratha.And cook it over pan from both the sides till it get golden.

Now add white butter over Raddish Paratha and serve it with chutney.
