Amla Pickle
Steps

Wash amla properly and steam till 15 minutes. When cool completely then remove seeds. Cut amla into four pieces and keep it in sunlight for 4-5 hours.

Then cut green chilli into two pieces and add into amla. Keep aside. Take a pan add mustard oil. Let it heat. Keep aside.

Heat a pan and dry roast all whole spices. Grind coarsely. Then add salt, turmeric powder, kashmiri chilli powder and dry mango powder. Mix all spices well. Then add into the oil and mix everything well.

Add amla and green chilli into the masala and mix properly. Amla Pickle is ready now. Enjoy with roti, paratha, puri etc. Store it in a airtight container and enjoy..... 😋😋
