This winter special sabzi can be enjoyed with puri, roti, phulka, paratha, and thepla.
Steps

Wash and cut mogri and chop methi leaves. In a cooker steam mogri and potato till 2 whistles blows.

Make puree of chopped tomatoes and finely chopped onion and garlic. In a kadai, add oil, hing, and jeera. Saute chopped onion and garlic till turns transparent.

Add tomato puree, saute it. Mix all masala in curd, combine well. Add tomato puree, when oil releases, add chopped methi leaves. Cook it for 2 minutes.

Now add steamed potato and mogri. Mix well. Add masala curd and jaggery along with water as required.

Cook it for 2 minutes more. Turn off gas. Ready to serve a delicious sabzi. Enjoy with puri, thepla, roti, paratha and phulka.
