Ingredients

1 C.Flour - Put in Sifter
2 t.Baking Powder
1 t.salt
1/2 t.Wheat Germ
1 C.Buttermilk
1egg
1/2 tspbaking soda
2 TVegetable oil

Steps

Mix 1 C. Buttermilk and add 1 egg together. Add baking soda. Mix well.

Pour all at once into bowl where sifted flour mixture is.

Add 2 T vegetable oil. Stir quickly, not too smooth. Ready to
spoon (large tablespoon) onto hot griddle.
