Heat white butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic and ginger, saute it well.

Add chopped onion, saute for 2 minutes. Do not brown.

Add chopped capsicum,1 tsp white butter. Saute for 2 minutes.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and pav bhaji masala.

Saute it continuously, add chopped tomato and mix with masala. Bhaji is ready.

Again put butter in a pan, add pav bhaji masala and chopped green coriander. Mix it well.

Turns aromatic. Slice half bun. Toast slightly. Toast both side. Fill 1 tsp bhaji, spread uniformely.

Spread butter on toasted bun.

Sprinkle chopped coriander and onion. Buttery bhaji bun is ready.

It's a street style food. Serve hot. Very tasty.
