A healthier version of Schezwan Noodles as it consists of udon (wheat) noodles and veggies.
Steps

Start by boiling the udon noodles with little salt and oil for 10 to 12 minutes until they become al-dante. Strain.

To a pan add oil and white butter.

When the butter melts, add garlic, onion and carrot slices and saute for 2 minutes.
- 4
Now add bell pepper and green chilli slices and saute for another 2 minutes. Bubbles will form but do not worry, it's because of the butter.

Add all the sauces along with some salt and vinegar if using and give a nice mix.

Add 1/4 cup water and the boiled udon noodles. Mix everything together with a silicon spatula and cook for 2 minutes.

Serve with soft drinks of your choice and enjoy ✨
