2ripe apples
2 1/2 cupstorn bread (about 250 grams)
1 cupsugar
2 cupsmilk (about 500 ml)
4eggs
For the caramel
1 1/4 cupssugar (about 250 grams)
1/2 cupwater (about 100 ml)

Make the caramel and set aside.

Slice the apples thinly.

Blend some of the apple slices with the bread, sugar, eggs, and milk.

Pour the mixture into the caramel-lined mold and layer the remaining apple slices throughout.

Cover and cook in a water bath for 50 minutes.

After this time, insert a knife into the center; if it comes out clean, the pudding is ready.

Let cool, remove from the mold, and enjoy!
