Wash and pat dry fish strips.

In a bowl, mix ginger‑garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.

Add cornflour, rice flour, and maida. Mix well to coat fish evenly.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry fish fingers on medium flame until golden and crisp.

Drain on paper towels.

Serve hot with mint chutney or mayonnaise.
