1/2 cupor more Granulated white sugar
2 cupsMilk
4 Tspwhole Cream

Steps

Cut your avocados and place into a blender along with the pecan nuts.

Add in your milk, cream and sugar.

Blend together till creamy and smooth.

I love avocado but never tried to cook avocado in smoothie. In Cookpad office, we used to have avocado for free to cook for lunch, but we no longer have avocado in the office due to price spikes. But I will try to make smoothies with avocado next time our family make smoothies over the weekend at breakfast. Thanks again for posting very unique ideas of my favorite ingredients.
