Ingredients

  • 2 cupsPuffed rice
  • 1/2 cupChana chor
  • 1/2 cupBesan sev
  • 1/4 cupBoiled and chopped potatoes
  • 1/4 cupChopped onions
  • 2 TbspChopped tomatoes
  • 2 TbspBoiled black chickpeas
  • 1 TbspChopped green chilies
  • 1 TspBhaja Mosala Masala
  • 1 TbspPickle oil
  • 1 TspPink Salt
  • 1 TspRed chili powder
  • 1 TbspLemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped green coriander for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take puffed rice in a large pot and add chana chor and gram flour.

    Now add chopped boiled potatoes, chopped onions and chopped tomatoes.

    Then add black gram, chopped green chillies and Bhaja Mosala masala.

    Now add sour pickle oil, turmeric powder and red chili powder to it.

    Add lemon juice and salt to taste, mix everything well and serve Jhal Muri.
