Ingredients

6-8 portioner
  • 2Gula lökar, hackade
  • 2Vitlöksklyftor, pressade
  • 2krm Chiliflakes/Cayennepeppar
  • 1tsk Curry
  • Salt
  • 4burkar Kikärtor (ca 400g st), avsköljda i en sil
  • 2burkar Kokosmjölk (ca 400g st)
  • 1näve färsk Spenat
  • Körsbärstomater, delade på mitten
  • Sugarsnaps (Salladsärtor), skurna snett i bitar

Steps

    Hacka löken och fräs den med pressad vitlök med alla kryddor i en stekpanna med lite olja.

  2. 2

    Tillsätt kikärtorna och stek några minuter på medelvärme. Tillsätt kokosmjölk och spenat. Låt allt puttra i ca 10 minuter. Lägg i körsbärstomaterna och sugarsnaps och puttra i ytterligare 5 minuter. Smaka av och tillsätt eventuellt mer krydda.
