I made this cake for my daughter-in-law Fernanda Natali to celebrate Christmas and her 21st birthday.

Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form and the mixture doubles in size.

Once the mixture is fluffy and firm, add the vanilla, milk, and oil. Beat, then gently fold in the flour and salt until just combined.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes.

After baking, let the cake cool for 20 minutes, then pour the three-milk mixture over the cake.

Decorate with whipped cream, sprinkle with shredded coconut to taste, and top with cherries.
