Easy and Juicy Meatloaf

Mix all the ingredients for the meat mixture in a bowl. Add the breadcrumbs last, just until the mixture is no longer too sticky (be careful not to add too much or the meatloaf will turn out dry and tough).

Spread the meat mixture in a baking dish as if you were making a pizza, and prepare your filling ingredients (you can use any filling you like).

Place the filling in the center as you prefer. When finished, fold both sides of the meat mixture over the filling to enclose it. You’ll end up with a flattened loaf (if the mixture sticks to your hands, wet them to help seal the loaf).

Here’s the secret to keeping it juicy! Cover the closed loaf with a large piece of aluminum foil. Next, flip the baking dish over, then wrap the entire loaf in foil.

Place the wrapped loaf in a baking dish and bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 50 minutes.
