Dryfruit stuffed Gulab Jamun with Jaggery Syrup

Start by preparing the jaggery syrup. Mix the finely chopped dryfruits and gond in a bowl and aside.

Now mix the milk powder with milk using a whisk in a non-stick pan, so that no lumps remain. Turn the flame on and add rava.

Boil the mixture till it thickens and lessens a bit and add baking soda. Give a proper mix and cook until a dough like consistency forms and it starts leaving the pan.

Now, for forming the jamun, take a small portion of dough? flatten a bit and add some stuffing in the middle. Cover all the sides and make a smooth ball.

Fry the jamuns in ghee until they become dark brown.

For the Jaggery syrup, add jaggery, water and cardamom pods and cook till half string. Deep the jamun into the syrup

Serve warm and enjoy ✨
