  1. 2 clovesgarlic
  2. 1 inchginger
  3. 3-4crushed pepper
  4. carrot small chopped
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tablespoonoil
  7. 2 tablespooncorn flour

  1. 1

    Heat the pan add oil. Now add Ginger and garlic saute it well.

    Now add small chopped carrot saute it well.

    Now add water to boil later add crushed pepper

    Now salt and corn flour and mix it well. Bring to boil and turn off flame. Serve with hot
