Moroccan Couscous

Steps

Sauté the onions, oil, and meat in a pot.

Add a little bit of spices.

Add the vegetables and grated tomatoes.

Add water to the pot. Then take the couscous aside in a bowl and coat it with oil.

Place it in the steamer for the first steaming.

Remove it and sprinkle with water and salt until it absorbs the water well.

Return it to the steamer for the second steaming.

Remove it and sprinkle with water until it becomes soft, then return it to the steamer.

Once it is well cooked, remove it and coat it with ghee and a little olive oil, then place it on a serving dish.

Top it with the meat, vegetables, and chickpeas.
