Make A Coarse Paste Of Green Chillies, Ginger & Garlic.

Add Besan In A Large Bowl Along With The Prepared Paste.

Add Salt, Red Chilli Powder & Rice Flour In It.

Gradually Add Water & Prepare A Lump Free Thin Batter.

Clean & Pat Dry Palak Leaves.

Lightly Coat The Palak Leaves With Prepared Batter.

Fry Them On Medium Flame Till Golden Brown & Crispy.

Place Some Fried Palak In A Plate & Then Add Curd, Imli Chutney & Coriander Chutney.

Then Add Some Chaat Masala Followed By Some More Curd & Imli Chutney.

In Last Add Some Grated Beetroot & Chopped Coriander And Enjoy 😊.
