Steps

Boil the beef till tender. when dried up, add oil fry them add diced onions.

When turned dark brown, put the crashed ginger and garlic.put tomatoes and tomato paste

Stir a little. add 2 glasses of water put the pilau masala leave it to boil then put rice and salt to taste

Steam it at the lowest heat possible. when ready, add chopped Coriander's and stir twice. and done

Take chopped onions and tomatoes. mixed them together, squeeze a little lemon juice and serve.
