Steps

Take all the needed ingredients. Though I take 5 chillies,it gives medium spiciness only. For more spiciness you can add more.

In a cooker add soaked peas,2cup of water,salt and cook for 2 whistle.

In the mean time,in a hot tawa add oil,and bay leaf,ginger,garlic,cashews,diced onions,green chillies one by one and saute. Then add coriander and mint leaves, saute for 2more mins. It's not necessary to fry the onion like brown in colour.

Turn off the stove and cool it down. Transfer this to a mixer jar and grind nicely.

In a hot kadai,add butter,cumin then add grinded paste, (50-100ml)water if needed. Mix it well. Bring it to boil.

Next add coriander,garam,turmeric powder salt and cook few more mins. Then add cooked peas.

Once all well combined,add kasthuri methi and mix. Check salt level. Then finally add freshcream,mix it and cook for few more mins. Then turn off the stove.

That's it. Our delicious,finger licking Creamy Peas Masalais ready. Can serve with Roti,Naan etc.
