Soak chickpeas overnight.

Next day, boil till tender.

Peel, chop and boil potatoes with colour till tender.

Chop all the vegetables.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in cumin and let it sizzle for a minute.

Add in chickpeas and fry well.

Add in all the ingredients.

Cook for 2 minutes only.

Serve straight away.
