Assemble ingredients
Marinade paneer cubes with salt + turmeric + red chilli powder and marinade for 10 minutes, then fry in 1 tbsp Oil till golden brown and keep aside. - 2
Make puree of Tomato, Boil Matar and keep aside

In moderately heated pan / kadhai add oil and allow to heat, add bay leaf + cumin seeds and allow to crackle. Then add ginger garlic and sauté for a few seconds then add onion and sauté till golden brown.

Add the tomato paste + 2 tbsp water + salt and sauté / cook for 2-3 minutes under high flame.
Add all spices + 2 tbsp water and sauté till spices leave oil. - 5
Add green peas along with water + garam masala + sugar and stir well. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add paneer cubes and mix well, cook for 2-3 minutes. Additional water can be added as per preferred gravy.
Add chopped coriander and cook further for around 2 minutes. - 7
Lastly add ghee and simmer for few seconds. Dish is done.
