Add dried butter fly pea flowers to water and boil like a hot tea for 5 mins. You want it quite concentrated. Then turn off heat and allow to cool

Remove the flower so only liquid remains and add to a bottle of gin (or vodka)

Pour over ice then add lemon or tonic to watch the colour change
