Most of punjabi families like to eat dal in dinner. Green garlic dry sabji is one of our favorite sabji, specially in winter. Papad and ginger pickle make it complete dinner thali.

Most of punjabi families like to eat dal in dinner. Green garlic dry sabji is one of our favorite sabji, specially in winter. Papad and ginger pickle make it complete dinner thali.
Steps

Take a pan, add oil, saute green garlic. After 2, 3 minutes add chooped tomato.

After 2 minute saute add dry spices. Mix everything together. Cover with lid for proper cook. Mashed tomatoes with spectula.

After proper cook, add garam masala and kasuri methi. Sabji is ready.

Take both lentils together and soak for half an hour. In cooker add soaked lentil salt,chilli and haldi powder.

1 glass of water also add and boil dal for 5 to 7 minutes. Check it, proper cooked or not.

In a pan add ghee roast jeera and hing. After that add onion, saute it till transparent.

Now add ginger and tomato.
Saute all ingredients proper. When it become thick in consistency, add malai garam masala and kasuri methi. - 8
Add it into boiled dal.mix it proper. Make simple wheat roti, roast papad and add ginger pickle. Now make dinner thali for serve.

Jaggery is also necessary in winter after meal. So enjoy punjabi thali.
