Take 3/4 kalak of dal and grind it into a paste. Then add amchur powder/curd and mix it well. Add green chillies, coriander, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix everything well. Heat the oil. When the oil is hot, make bhajiyas in it. Once the oil is hot, take it out and fry it for a while. When it cools down a bit, press it with your hands and grind it again until it becomes crispy. Then cook the vegetables until it cools down

Then fry the vegetables in 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add the ginger garlic paste to it and add tomatoes to it and fry for about 1 minute. Then add red pepper powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, 2 tablespoons of curd and add half a teaspoon of sugar and add water. When the water boils, grind the bhajiyas in it and boil it well and serve hot. Garnish with coriander and serve.
